Horriable customer service
family and went to Disneyland to have a great time not to have to deal with an awful property. When we checked in they told me we could only park of our two cars there and had to park the other one a mile away. Then when we checked out they allowed someone else to sign credit card recipt. am still dealing with them on this matter. No one wants to own up to letting someone else sign card, and can never get a hold of a manager. The hotel rooms were nice in addition I'll never stay there again based on how we were treated from check-in to check out.

Clean rooms & great Continental Breakfast! Directly across the street from entrance to Disnyeland. Great value & convenience. great size rooms for families. Would definitely recommend!
Closest to Disneyland
This hotel is actually the closest to Disneyland. Just across the street. However, the parking lot is the smallest have seen. great luck with a large SUV. Best to have a compact car. The complimentary breakfast meal was terrible. do not even try the complimentary pancakes at Captain Kidds. Go into Disneyland and have a much better breakfast meal. the hotel room lighting also was dark. Needs more light. Didn't use the swimming pool in addition it looked awful small. However, The hotel rooms were nice and spacious. They were also installing new carpet in many rooms while we were there.
Great Place to Stay!
We found the hotel room to be spotless. We stayed in a suite with our two young kids and the location was perfect - great for nap time in the afternoon and then walking right back into the park. The fridge and microwave was an added plus - we saved by having lunch in our hotel room each day. We will stay here again if we return to Disneyland. The breakfast meal was the worst part... not tasty, in addition there are plenty of places close by.
Best on the Disney Strip
Cleanest, closest place you can stay to Disneyland Resort at great price!
